I was asked to draw a series of one-line illustrations featuring different stances of horses for a new horse food packaging range.
Most of the lines were hand-drawn with a vector brush, and then slightly adjusted.
As an interesting fact, I discovered that one of the best ways to produce a fluid complex line from a single stroke, was to draw it with my eyes closed. It takes a fair amount of attempts but the result needs little or no adjustments to reach the final piece.
