The dead have no names, but we know very specifically what kills them.

We see updates on the Kinjals, the Bayraktars, the Leopards, the T-90s, T-70s, ATACMS, HIMARS, MIGs, F-16s, Javelins, PatriotsĀ and Howitzers as the main elements of the warzone.
The offensives are counted in kilometers and villages, but for each square meter of conquered land someone has to bleed.
Generals are being replaced and entire squadrons disappear only to make room for the next batches of mobile flesh units.
Dead families and communities are being referred to as numbers that add up indefinitely in the background.
The numbers that seem to matter now only refer to weaponry; how much, how soon and at what cost.

Yet the moment when you focus on how much weaponry is needed to keep the wounds bleeding is when you make peace with distancing away from peace.
